Um,just a question, did you say it was in a flood? well, in my experience, car wont live very long after a flood even if an engine is put in it. think about that and email me, i may have another option but i need to get my facts straight first. dieselskidz28@yahoo.com. So after reading i can only see two real options. Either replace engine, if you do not have money, the only option may be to charge it on a credit card etc. Or you could try to trade in/junk the car and just buy a new one. My guess is your managing some how already but would like to improve the situation.

Can you borrow a car from someone for the days you need it most. Or a few days a week to help you out.

If you need an engine you have three options, one is stop making payments and have your credit ruined, two is replace the engine while still making payments, three is to continue to make payments and get another car.
